🎉In celebration of Om’s 3 year Anniversay, come dance with us to close out the day of programming starting at 8pm!

Nicole will be leading us through a contact dance to open things up, and I’ll be taking us through an immersive music journey for our ecstatic dance from there.

Come step into a powerful embodiment practice through movement and self expression! This practice can help you tap into and awaken more passion and power to use in all areas of your life.

💥If you’re new to ecstatic dance, this is an experience where you have FULL PERMISSION to go absolutely WILD as you dance and move however you want, disconnect from all the “human” things like taking and trying to look good, and connect with and express your soul’s deepest truths, leaving you feeling deeply liberated and alive as a result.

⏰Contact dance starts at 8pm and I’ll bring us into the ecstatic dance after Nicole warms us up.
